When you select an event in our App, the price you see is the price you pay. Included within the amount you pay when you purchase a ticket is:

Face Value
We sell tickets on behalf of our clients (event organisers / promoters / venues). The price of a ticket is decided by our clients.

Administration fee
This is the per-ticket fee agreed with our merchants (venues, artists and event organisers). This fee contributes to our ticketing and distribution processing costs, such as the costs of running the ticketing software and computer network, and marketing the event. The amount of the administration fee is agreed with our merchants and is often based on a percentage of the ticket price.

We charge an annual subscription for the use of our App. The cost to download the app is deemed to be a subscription for the first 12 months. Thereafter, we will charge you the annual subscription by adding it to the first ticket you buy 12 months after downloading our App.

If you do not use our app after the first 12 months (i.e. you buy no tickets after 12 months) we will not charge you; there is no automatic renewal.

Should you buy another ticket through us after 12 months, we will add the subscription for another 12 months to the price of the ticket, and notify you before you complete the transaction so you can decide if you wish to proceed.

As soon as you complete the in-app process. The ticket will then be available in your app.

Where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled (subject to below) by the Venue or Promoter, where an Event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control,
or where there is a material change to the programme of the Event, you will be entitled to a refund from Us in accordance with this clause. Refunds can be obtained by completing the ticket return process in the App.

A ‘material’ change is a change which, in our reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that purchasers of the Ticket, taken generally, could reasonably expect. For example, the use of understudies in a theatre performance shall not be a material change.

Where an outdoor Event is cancelled or curtailed because of adverse weather, we shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation beyond the refunds that may be payable under the Venue’s or Promoter’s rules.

For postponed events your tickets will remain valid and you will be notified of the new dates or we will issue you with new tickets for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the new date, follow the procedure in the app to return your ticket for a full refund.

If you’re unable to attend an event, you can share your tickets with someone interested in attending in your place simply by clicking the share button in the app. The ticket will be reassigned to them.

Tickets will be refunded in full provided you have completed, in full, the process in the app to return your Tickets at least 48 hours before the published start time of the event.

If you return the ticket less than 48 hours before the event, we will calculate your refund based on the proportion, by value, of the returned tickets we subsequently resell.

Once you have returned your Ticket, your action cannot be rescinded, and you have no preferential right to reclaim the Ticket as we will offer it to other users of our App.

No. Under our terms and conditions, we do not permit our tickets to be resold. We make it easy for you to share or return the ticket directly to us for a full refund (see our refund policy).

Currently, we only offer general admission tickets with no pre-assigned or reserved seats.

The start time is the time advertised on the app. This is set by the event organiser. Please read it carefully as it determines the deadline for ticket returns.

Please make sure that you turn up at the time specified so you won’t miss the event or be denied entrance as some event organisers do not allow latecomers.

Every venue has its own policies. You may either be asked to scan your ticket on the desktop scanner at the venue, or show your ticket on the door to obtain a paper ticket. Bring ID as a backup. If you are concerned, it’s best to get in touch with the venue to see what forms of ID they accept for entry.

No. We do not accept screenshots for security reasons. Only electronic tickets in the Ticketflash app are accepted. If you do not show up with a ticket on your phone then we cannot guarantee your entry to the gig.

Your tickets are attached to your Ticketflash account and not your mobile. Download the Ticketflash app to your new mobile and login in as usual.
